This unique package includes your own separate driveway, parking and entrance, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owners live on the 2nd floor.
Great for groups of friends, families, and business travelers. HRV (ventilation) is installed in this house so you can enjoy fresh air even in cold winter.
The space
Enjoy a fantastic view of the northern lights from the comfort of private porch! And just relax and enjoy the beautiful sun rise and sun set from the living room or kitchen, or the master bedroom!

The 2-acre yard (you can flip or roll in summer, snow board in winter); kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, aurora lobby.

The price includes a required Hotel-Motel Room Tax of 8% payable to the local government in Fairbanks, Alaska.
You can help yourself to any food in the place (refrigerator or cabinets).
We provide basic cooking spices (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc.) for our guests.
