Lily and John have been living in Fairbanks, AK for over 14 years. Lily works as a professor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and Hongkai works at a local state organization. Originally immigrated from China, Lily and Hongkai know the importance of making any strange place feel like home, and are committed to bringing their guests the most hospitable, friendly, and relaxing environment.

Fairbanks is the largest city in the Interior region of Alaska, and second largest in the state. It is the principal city of the 'Fairbanks, Alaska Metropolitan Statistical Area' which encompasses all of Fairbanks North Star Borough and is the northernmost Metropolitan Statistical Area in the United States. The Northern lights in Fairbanks are a beautiful night time site!
